We believe in the importance of proximity when it comes to client relationships and advisor decisions. This is why we promote the benefits of “locality”. There is a reason we all feel better shopping local, eating local, etc…it is innate in human nature. It is a trait that survived because you were usually much better off trusting the artisan who made the good, and whom you’ve probably known most of your life, then the traveling salesperson. A healthy accountability and intimacy develop when dollars stay within a smaller community.
We trust our members to do what they feel is right for their business/clients and allow them to allocate costs as they see fit. We want to help make the complex simple, but no simpler. Whether managing a firm, or an individual client relationship, it is best to just pay for what you want. We believe service excels and professionalism shines as more dollars stay within the relationship.
